Some Antics is a collaboratively led trio comprised of guitarist Nahum Zdybel, bassist Matt Booth, and percussionist Brad Webb. With a focus on original compositions, Some Antics lets texture and melody drive their performances while retaining a fiercely spontaneous improvisatory spirit. In addition to each member’s original compositions, Some Antics incorporates new adaptations of popular music dating from the 1920s till today. Each member’s musical influences come to the forefront in a performance that is both unique and accessible while shining a new light on the possibilities of the guitar trio.
